Building clarity, structure, and sustainable pathways forward.

Our history is rooted in building upon the foundations others have laid before us. Rather than reinventing systems or starting from scratch, we believe meaningful progress comes from understanding what already exists, recognizing what has worked, and identifying where connections have been lost over time. This work is guided by a respect for legacy, experience, and the often-unseen efforts that shape communities and organizations. By looking at challenges as interconnected pieces of a larger puzzle, we focus on strengthening continuity, filling gaps, and ensuring efforts are aligned.

Our approach is grounded in identifying gaps within complex systems and building the bridges needed to ensure people, programs, and priorities do not continue to fall through the cracks. We look beyond surface-level solutions and take a comprehensive, big-picture view, examining structures, processes, and constraints from every angle to understand what is truly needed. By turning over every stone, we develop clear, actionable solutions that are designed to work within real-world conditions and create sustainable progress.
Two Wings Consulting, LLC is led by Amanda Cherryholmes, Owner and Principal Consultant, with extensive hands-on experience in program development, systems design, and organizational strategy within community-based and mission-driven environments. Her experience includes building, stabilizing, and refining programs operating within real-world constraints, where clarity, accountability, and adaptability are essential. She has worked directly within complex systems to assess needs, align stakeholders, and design structures that support long-term functionality rather than short-term fixes. She works in close collaboration with teams, partners, and leadership to ensure solutions are practical to implement and support sustainable change over time. Her approach prioritizes thoughtful analysis, ethical decision-making, and an understanding of how systems function in practice—not just in theory. Her work spans both leadership and implementation, enabling her to identify gaps, strengthen operational foundations, and translate complex challenges into practical, tangible solutions.
Amanda's work reflects a consistent commitment to system-level thinking, measurable outcomes, and sustainable organizational design.
